Yes, this pretty much speaks for that. Meanwhile we found out that not 
all source files are loaded in FF. And IE doesn't like URL-encoded paths 
with a drive letter (a la "E%3A/...."). Christian is in the process of 
filing two bugs, and will post the bug numbers to this threat.

To get you going meanwhile, please put your qooxdoo installation and 
your custom apps on a common drive (so either C or E). That should work 
around both issues for you.
