Hi Michael, welcome to qooxdoo.
Please take a look at the qooxdoo-contrib project RpcExample. One of the
tabs in that example demonstrates how to use the remote table model. (Since
you're using PHP, you may also be interested in the PHP JSON-RPC server on
the qooxdoo-contrib project RpcPhp.
