OK, I see, probably you should remove it from SVN then. I searched through qooxdoo homepage for "toolbox" and the only info I found is that it was "removed from the SDK". The buildtool/toolbox-idea is very interesting for us for qxtransformer, too, that is why I am asking. Is there some more information somewhere that I missed, or is this still internal work?
