I updated the wiki guide to account for Jython 2.5.0 final. A number of
workarounds could be removed, so it's pretty straightforward now to use
(well, in the sense of: "to try out") Jython for qooxdoo's tooling.

Surprisingly, I do not observe any of the problems you mentioned. I
tried both playground and feedreader apps under Java 1.6/Windows XP, and
"source" as well as "build" built and ran just fine. Even the UTF8
workarounds weren't needed any longer, but I kept them for reference in
the wiki doc.

What's your setup? Are you on the latest trunk as well?
