Thanks. For a while, I thought my mails weren't reaching the list and
that I needed to repost.

Back to the problem at hand, it seems the problem occurs at the cache
block boundaries, as you can see from my rails' server logs. For eg,
when I use the default block size and cache size etc, if I press <Down>
arrow from 0th row to 248, it's ok. If I go to 249, it tries getting
250-299 and then 200-249 and does these 2 fetches over and over again.

So, I've decided to go the pagination style table route. Any out of the
box widgets available for this or do I need to create a
first/previous/next/last buttons and the appropriate fetching and
setting the row data from the backend into the table widget?

Hope some one fixes the remote table bug though, or better enlighten me
if I'm the one doing it wrong and it's not a bug.
