#1: I am no licensing expert either and am far from a lawyer. I did 
spend quite a bit of time before starting our project trying to answer 
that question for myself. I was a bit confused about what category a qx 
app came under as it uses qx code but doesn't contain any of the 
framework (toolchain) but seemed to remember that as long as you provide 
details about qooxdoo in your own EULA you should be OK. If you do ship 
any of the framework you must include the license that you are shipping 
it under and also details on how to get the orriginal if it is modified.

Again I am no expert, this is just what I got personally from it. I do 
have an item on my agenda to confirm this so if Andreas can clear some 
things up that would help me greatly as well.
