My guess is you're using a version of Python that's either too old or
too new - I'm guessing the latter. The Python code in the Qooxdoo
toolchain will not run under a Python 3 version, so this might be the
problem, since you stated you're using "WhateverIsNewest" for your Mac
OSX version. Check the Python version to see if this is the case.
You will need to find a way to provide the correct Python version to the
Qooxdoo toolchain, like I had to do on my RedHat desktop.
I can't tell you how to do this in OSX, so good luck. Maybe someone
else here will provide more detailed instructions.
