Thanks for the pointers. However, when I add ProgressBar as a contrib like:
"library" :

"manifest" : "contrib://ProgressBar/trunk/Manifest.json"
}
]
the contrib is in the cache dir "cache/downloads/ProgressBar/trunk/",
but there is no Manifest.json, only Manifest.js and when I changed the
libraries to reflect it, I still couldn't get it included in the
application.
Any ideas?
