Also, you should find previous posts on the ML regarding the application
and framework directory locations - they MUST be in the same folder
structure so that relative paths can be used in the toolchain, unless
this has since been fixed in the tools - I don't remember seeing a fix
for this issue.  

Having one of them on the C: drive and the other on the E: drive is
going to present a problem for the toolchain AND for the Apache
configuration as Derrell suggests.

You'll need to move one or the other so that they are on the same drive,
and then configure the Apache doc root accordingly so that relative
paths work correctly in both the toolchain and Apache path references.
