1) Is there a workflow or IDE or whatever that would make web application development a consistent process instead of separately designing a frontend (with ExtJS or Qooxdoo) and a backend (with PHP/Zend or Python/Django or Ruby/Rails) and taking care they pair all right? Or is there a server-side framework that would have a full-fledged ExtJS/Qooxdoo integration rather than just a JSON interface? 2) Is there a guide to learn building BOTH a frontend based on Qooxdoo and a backend based on a PHP/Python/Rails framework?
