I understood what you want now.
I guess you could use plugins in a self container js file without any class
that was already included in your main app js file and then use ScriptLoader
to load the plugin file. After including the file you can instantiate the
plugin class or call a static method to execute it.

One of the ML user, Petr, has a config.json file that shows how to compile
one big file with everything in it. I don't know if that still works. But
it's worth looking. Its name is qxbuild: http://code.google.com/p/qxbuild/
