Yes, indeed. Copy&paste is enough, though, you don't need a screen shot.
Here is my output from a Windows XP machine:

D:\Temp>c:\qooxdoo\tmp\qooxdoo-1.0.1-sdk\tool\bin\create-application.py
--name Beispiel --out=c:\Temp
>>> Copy skeleton into the output directory: c:\Temp\Beispiel
>>> Patching file 'c:\Temp\Beispiel\config.json'
>>> Patching file 'c:\Temp\Beispiel\generate.py'
>>> Patching file 'c:\Temp\Beispiel\Manifest.json'
>>> Patching file 'c:\Temp\Beispiel\source\index.html'
>>> Patching file 'c:\Temp\Beispiel\source\class\beispiel\Application.js'
>>> Patching file 'c:\Temp\Beispiel\source\class\beispiel\test\DemoTest.js'
>>> Patching file
'c:\Temp\Beispiel\source\class\beispiel\theme\Appearance.js'
>>> Patching file 'c:\Temp\Beispiel\source\class\beispiel\theme\Color.js'
>>> Patching file
'c:\Temp\Beispiel\source\class\beispiel\theme\Decoration.js'
>>> Patching file 'c:\Temp\Beispiel\source\class\beispiel\theme\Font.js'
>>> Patching file 'c:\Temp\Beispiel\source\class\beispiel\theme\Theme.js'
>>> DONE

D:\Temp>

It's pretty close to your attempt, and it works. Unfortunately, we
currently don't have a Windows 7 installation to test with. Other than
what Fritz wrote (using --out instead of --ou) I don't see what you
could change. Try --out, and if this fails too, try another shell.
