1. You should create a 'build' version of your app, and copy that over
to your live server.
2. You have to make sure that the Json data is copied over to the build
version. Is this the case?
3. "/doquery.htm" looks like an absolute URI, which is usually not what
you want. If you keep the file in your source/resource folder,
qx.util.ResourceManager.getInstance().toUri("doquery.htm") would be the
way to go.
