You're using the wrong playground. :-)
The current devel playground, or a playground that you create yourself from
"trunk" uses tinyurl.com instead of bit.ly since the former works with
arbitrary length data. (Just don't plan on plugging any of those tiny URLs
that expand into huge URLs into IE. I think even IE8 barfs on long URLs.)
