I have a recurring background event that I want to make aware of whether a mouse button is pressed. Specifically, I want this event to stop doing anything whenever the user is dragging to select text.
Is there any way to do this? I found this post: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/322378/javascript-check-if-mouse-button-down/322827 Is this the approach that one should take when using QooxDoo as well, or is there some nicer way to do this?
