Thanks for confirmation. I upgraded to Python 2.6 and everything works okay.

In case somebody else is using Redhat Enterprise Linux or CentOS and having
this same problem, easiest way to fix it is to install Python 2.6 from
sources. There seems to be no good RPM-package around. Just install it using
"gmake altinstall" and it wont interfere with the default Python
package.  CMD_PYTHON line in generator.py must be changed accordingly.
