Hi,

I think that you don't need to worry about qooxdoo license, you can
use it for commercial application without releasing your source code
to public. The LGPL license only ensures that if you want to modify
qooxdoo then you should send your work back. About EPL license I'm not
sure, but it's also used for commercial projects.
