Hi Andreas, Hi flj, Thanks to you. I also tried to set the name and id attributes but unfortunately that didnt have an effect. As you said, Andreas, placing a static HTML-page in an IFrame within a Qooxdoo app would not really solve the problem. We'd like to use qooxdoo's look and feel, internationalization and translation features so it would be nice to implement that entirely in qooxdoo.
@flj: Yes, that's a good idea. Of course it would be nice to be able to use the browsers' built-in password managers, but solving it with a cookie is imo a good alternative. I think we have to find a trade off here between security and convenience... -- View this message in context: http://qooxdoo.678.n2.nabble.com/Getting-browser-to-save-user-name-and-password-tp5018207p5029243.html Sent from the qooxdoo mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ qooxdoo-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/qooxdoo-devel
