What do I place in my config.json file to tell the generator to disable the
addNoCacheParam value in the generated source script? Having that turned on
makes it impossible to debug, as breakpoints are lost on each reload. I
think the default should probably be false, not true, in the source version
for this reason, but at least disabling it myself will be adequate.
