Thanks for the *quick* responses. As soon as I removed the quotes or (alternatively) used qx.Class.getByName() it worked great. I'm a newbie to qooxdoo and am in the process of converting a fairly large character mod app which runs on handheld devices to using qooxdoo and I wanted to keep a lot of setup data in static tables and postpone actual form/object creation until requested by the user. I was also leaning towards using hide()/show() rather than destroy()/new for the screens. -- View this message in context: http://qooxdoo.678.n2.nabble.com/Creating-new-objects-tp5178529p5178862.html Sent from the qooxdoo mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
