You can always check the .classname property on an object if you don't know
the class. Thats in general a good idea to check whats available and how to

Yes, it has such a method but this method is generally used for performance
optimizations because you can manipulate the array in place without
generating the events the whole data binding is based on. So be careful
using the toArray method because we cannot guarantee that the binding still
works as excepted.
