Hi, I have replaced index.html with index.php in my application, and have encountered an error when running ./generate-py build that fails in the last step. This does not affect my ability to use the app, as it appears to fail at the part of modifying index.html. However, ./generate.py source and ./generate.py source-all do not have this limitation. Is there a reason that the build step fails if the index.html file is not present?
