Ok, answering myself, for the record:
try
{
...
}
catch( e )
{
console.log(qx.dev.StackTrace.getStackTraceFromError(e).join("\n"));
}
Now I have at least a clue what is causing the error - but it still requires
some guessing where to place the try/catch.
