In the war file :
1. web root must contain qooxdoo files produced by generate build (index.html,
js files, ressources, ...)
2. RPC servlet must be there (declared and class files as standard classical
plain old servlet) :-)
3. servlet url mapping should be there in order to catch client RPC request
(*.qxrc for example)
