thank you for your information. What I can see from [3] that security is
an issue. Interesting. 
I tried the rpcexample more than a year ago, but was not successful with
it. Now I decided to give it a second try. Still it seams not to be so
simple - see my separate thread.

Hi Raymond,

the preferred way to implement backend communication in a qooxdoo 
application is RPC[1]. qooxdoo-contrib features RPC server 
implementations in several languages[2].

There was a lengthy thread discussing secure backend communication a 
while ago that might be of interest[3].
