you need to change the following setting in the config.json file:

"rpcexample.URL" : "../../RpcPhp/1.2.0/services/index.php"

the rpcexample.URL constant needs to point where your RpcPhp server is
located. In the given code snippet, I use the RpcExample from
qooxdoo-contrib, which uses the RpcPhp server version 1.2.0 located in the
same directory as the RpcExample folder. If you have a different setup, you
need to adapt the path.
I suggest not to use the "trunk" (I have just changed it in SVN) since the
trunk may change towards an incompatible new version soon in order to bring
the json-rpc version closer to the specs. Please use the latest released
stable versions of all the libraries instead.
If you have questions concerning RpcConsole, I'll be happy to answer them,
as Derrell will concerning RpcExample.
