Ok, I presume your ../darktheme folder is the DarkTheme/trunk folder
from qooxdoo-contrib, right?!
You could also use
"manifest" : "contrib://DarkTheme/trunk/Manifest.json"
This would download the contrib automatically for you, and would update
it if it has changed in the repository.
BTW: I've commited a patch. The theme seems to be working now. Give it
another try.
