Apparently we did and as it is written and placed more will miss and possibly
misunderstand it.
So we have added bugs:
1. enhancement - manual also put some links to the generator section
2. addition - writing out an error message and not total silence and the locale
should not change by setLocale if it can not load it else there is a
discrepancy between the current and the wished locale!
3. enhancement - automatic loading locale parts when setLocale is used
Thanks for the link, but we looked a the new nicely written i18n section and
couldn't find it there.
As a matter of fact you never declare the locale parts as a normal part in
config.json, only i18n... : false,. That makes a big difference how to reason
here. It would be nice if we could document that part too!
