You can use table.getChildControl("statusbar").setValue to replace the
entire text. But it would be reset to the standard text whenever
qx.ui.table.Table._updateStatusBar is called (e.g. if the table model
changes), so you'd have to create your own table subclass and override
that method. That's the only solution I can think of right now.
