with your code snippet. I think we should have a look at the behavior.

Actually...I do not really know, what the problem is, because you can
observe the delay after a resize only with FF 3.x. With Safari/Chrome
the performance is great. So maybe it´s just because of their faster
js- or rendering-engines ? I could not test IE because of some other
reasons. :)
BTW:We are using qooxdoo 1.2.
Do you have any ideas ?
