Might be an interesting idea to evaluate all bug reports, patches,
contributions and for them who does not add and only ask could contribute with
money to release more from the core team.
1. bug reports, patches, ideas, contributions are credited points according to
a scale
2. ask about advice debit points
3. donating money credits points
4. and it all makes a summary and ranking to stimulate people to contribute
more...
