Hi Tino,
we tested it again using iOS 4.2.1 but there is no improvement.
We are really confused because we don´t know what to do right now .
We could turn back to 1.2.x and try to fix application specific touch
pad issues by ourself, but I don´t think there is enough manpower to
handle it.
Do you have any advices ? ;-)

Thanks a lot,
Rob.

Hi Tino,
iOS Version is 3.2.2 (7B500).
You can reproduce the issue with the form showcase of the qooxdoo
homepage (current demo).
The form loads normally but you can´t interact (apart from input
fields).
It´s a really strange behaviour. I can´t imagine it´s up to qooxdoo but
I can´t find any other reason.

Cheers,
Rob.

Hi Robert,

I will have a look on it. Just tested it on the iPhone, works
perfectly. Seems like something broke with the new iOS for iPad.

Will keep you updated.

Hi all,
we´re currently evaluating version 1.3.
Everything´s fine so far, but what about running qooxdoo apps on an
iPad for example ?
Using Qooxdoo 1.2.x it was working - not perfectly (scrolling,
clicking, ... have been problematic), but it was working.
But now you can´t do anything with the qooxdoo app on an iPad. Apart
from input fields it seems like no UI element is able to receive
interactions / events or whatever.
Yeah, I know, a typical qooxdoo based RIA is not designed to use it on
mobile devices. But we hoped that it will work tolerably.
What next ? I took a look in the documentation, but I could not find
anything.
What are we doing wrong ?

Thanks a lot and by the way: Congratulations on the 1.3 Release. Good
job ! :-)
Rob.
