Having a task that launches the command line with --watch as a switch to
auto-recompile .coffee files into .js as soon as they are changed would
already be very nice. Maybe some auto-detecting there are .coffee files and
doing the right thing instantly.

I don't see why you would need to optimize coffee script, most of it matches
one to one to javascript and you can simply optimize this javascript.

The only qooxdoo goodie that I see as a really nice to have would be to
somehow have coffee classes auto transformed into qooxdoo one.
