If you write the code to stream it, it will stream. Similarly to Table,
you'll have to implement the mechanism with which you talk to your server
and feed data to the widget. Table, however, is more set up for that than
Progressive's table, so although you gain some benefits from Progressive's
table, there are also some additional headaches you'll incur and have to
work out for yourself.
