Do you mean the "path" key of the "library" entry? Yes, this must include
the manifest file itself, not only the directory it lives in. Please use
the standard documentation (e.g. the config ref) to clarify such details.

For the framework, just add a "library" entry to your config.json
referencing the framework's Manifest.json in your environment, and add the
beforementioned 'uri' parameter. That's it. The specific sub-paths to
resourceUri and sourceUri are then taken from the Manifest.json itself.
Again, please acquaint yourself with the standard docs, e.g. [1].
