The Smart contrib's "tree" demo works properly if I build it with trunk, but
is not shown in the contrib demobrowser unless I select "compatible with
1.0" and then the demo doesn't work. What needs to be done to get the demo
to show up properly under recent compatibility versions, and to work
properly there? The Manifest file for the contrib, in trunk, already
includes up through 1.2. It could have 1.3 added, I suppose, but I would
have expected that 1.2 entry to cause it to show up in the "compatible with
1.2" listing in the demobrowser...???
