Hey,
Hm, not sure because the code causing the bug is the widget code and not in the
framework.
As a workaround, i would try to find out what the reason is. I guess it has to
do with the focus. forward the focus to the child controls to see if its sill
happening. Additionally, it could be interesting if its only happening when the
native placeholder is used or the qooxdoo one.
Best,
martin

Hm,
I just checked that demo with the devel version and it seems it doesn't work as
well. But I think thats a problem of firefox of the focus as this is working on
the left side of the widget.
But still cant explain the difference of the online and SDK version your
telling about, sorry.
Best,
Martin

Hi Martin,

Please could you check this url in FF 3.6 out:

In chrome placeholder in second childfield is working well, but in FF, the
placeholder is still there till loosing focus.

Hey,
the playground online is based on the 1.3 stable revision so it should be the
same. Have you tried to build a playground in your checkout / SDK and test it
there?
Best,
Martin

Hi List,

does playground 1.3 version differs from 1.3 stable version? I am using 1.3
stable in my project and I can see the placeholder refresh bug an my form. But
at playground the same code works fine. I tried to use the same code with 1.2.1
version of the playground and could imagine that the bug was not solved than.
But why my 1.3 stable has still this bug?
