Its just a way to show that the manager could be used standalone. Maybe the 
form suits not everybody so they can use the validation manager without the 
form.

The manager you get is an automatic created instance of the validation manger. 
But using the from, you should not need the manager in regular cases. Just go 
with the form and thats it. :)
