Pejotr, I'm no data-binding expert, but on first sight I think you need to modify the model of your listController in the execute listener, not the list itself.
Also, the selection of your select box is not propagated to your list, so list.getSelection is always undef in the listener. But I couldn't figure out where the problem lies. T.
