Hi,

I don't know exactly the meaning of "ExcludeFirstLevelTreeLines", but 
when you set the "ExcludeFirstLevelTreeLines" to true and 
"AlwaysShowOpenCloseSymbol" to false, then the expansion arrow is removed.
