I see that you are issuing your remote request to that URL, but that's not
the URL from which the page was loaded. Did you load your page from
http://localhost:8890/something_else, or did you load your page from
something other than http://localhost:8890 ?
Actually, I thought I'd heard of something like this that was
Chrome-related. How about this bug report?
