I cannot address your problem directly, but are you sure that there is not
an invalid JavaScript-line in your code somewhere?
The build process of qooxdoo might let it slip through and you only
experience the problem in IE because their JavaScript engine might be less
forgiving than the engines of other browsers. Just a hunch though.
