The index page only provides a "bird's eye view" on the manual. Most pages are linked from their more specific chapter index pages, so the tutorial link is in the Getting Started -> Tutorials page. But it's still a good point, as I added another link from the Tooling section. NB: I favoured a more complete top-level index page, like you have in a book. But that was deemed too much text for an ADS-ridden society by others... > This manual section is pretty misleading as I said before: > http://manual.qooxdoo.org/1.5.x/pages/tool.html What do you find misleading (apart from the fact that there is no link to the tutorial in the current version)? > I was citing the link to version 0.8, because it was the only link that > google found on qooxdoo generator usage, and I couldn't remember where the > section was hidden in the manual. So you knew the relevant manual. - One thing would be to use the manual's own search tool. This way you know you get information pertaining to your version. The other thing is, using Google you're much better off making your search more specific. Next time try "qooxdoo generator site:manual.qooxdoo.org/1.5.x" (or whatever your version is).
