i add an image like this

qx.ui.basic.Image("http://localhost/projekte/vfmake.de/httpdocs/dev/test/web/filepod/pp/willkommen.jpg";).set({
padding : 0,
decorator : null
});
image.setHeight(560);
image.setWidth(690);
is it possile to add another image above this one like a teaser? with
transparent areas?
