Hi Guillermo

When you use a contrib by setting manifest to "contrib://..." the
generator downloads the contrib for you but it looks like it downloads the
resources into the same temporary directory used for it's cache.  This is
fine if you're accessing the app from a file:// url but will not work if
you are accessing your web app via a web server.

To fix it, download the contrib from SVN yourself and put it somewhere
within your website; change your library to use the Manifest.json you
downloaded.
