i'm search for someone who can write the basic of an app for me to start
from.
nothing very special.
i want to rebuid an OS like desktop.
i need a fullscreen desktop (dock layout?) with center (window manager) area
and a bottom taskbar.
layout:

at the main area there should be, for the moment, two icons with title.
for each icon there should be a dblclick listener that opens a window in
centerarea and a togglebutton on the taskbar.
the windows have to be restricted to just open once (singleton).
the taskbar buttons have to listen to window focus and should set the
corresponding window focused/minimized/maximized onclick.
also the button should be removed when the window is closed.
i think thats it.
i hope everything stands to reason.
