MultiStateButton
The MultiStateButton is a button able to have more than one state as a standard
button. By clicking on the button a cyclical permutation of states forward
takes place. One example for using this is four levels of volumes; muted, low,
medium and high. When clicked also changes can take place by listeners of
execute or changeSelection.
