Hi Scott, Manual and API docs are included in the SDK. However, links to and from the manual (from and to the API docs) point to the remote version. We don't distinguish a remote build from a local one, that's why we have chosen remote links (in the sense of the lowest common denominator). I agree it would be nice, but I don't see an easy way to accomplish this. We would need to introduce a variable with the base path (and scheme) that we prefix to all links. Not sure its worth the effort. Nevertheless, this should not stop you from opening an enhancement bug…
As a workaround, you could try to proxy/redirect manual.qooxdoo.org (etc.) to your local installation.
