Hallo guys,

As a Linux user I have been unable to do more with TextMate than "lust"
after it.... now I find that there is an interesting alternative....there
seems to be a lot of positive buzz around SUBLIME. Having just taken
another quick look at their absolutely beautiful interface (imo) I find
myself just very impressed with what I can see. This Editor is also PYTHON
BASED, and seems (from my superficial review) to have very POWERFUL
SCRIPTING capabilities built in to it.

                              http://wesbos.com/sublime-text-build-scripts/

That's enough, already, to think there might be some sort of Qooxdoo /
Sublime connection being realized or potential BUT it has been my number one
development "dream" to somehow integrate CoffeeScript to JS
trans-compilation into my workflow. A search on Qooxdoo at their forum:
http://www.sublimetext.com/forum/search.php reveals 0 hits.

I have bought the topic of using CoffeeScript up on this forum already, but
frankly, I don't know Qooxdoo well enough to understand the technical issues
that are lurking behind the scenes to achieve 'higher levels of
integration'.

My 'question' is: Might there not be some relatively simple way to use
Sublime (and its powerful scripting language) together with CoffeeScript to
build a multi-platform language "dream IDE" for Qooxdoo ?

Thanks in advance for any response,

GKoller
