Hi Alex,
Yes, that technique will work with PhoneGap! But you shouldn't store plain
passwords. You should at least store a token after login (unique generated by
the service), that is only valid for that phone and use this token for login
the next time. Would be the easiest solution, when you do not want to use oAuth.
